Classified Ads:
Minimum charge per
insertion for any classified ad, $25.00 (up
to 25 words). $1.00 per each additional
word. Payment to accompany order.
Color Ad Scheduling:
Call early for scheduling and placement of
color ads. We cannot guarantee
placement as we are limited in the number of
color ads we may accept per issue.
Discounts:
To earn multi-issue discounts, all ads must
be run within a 12-month period.
Measuring Your Ad:
Sword ads are measured in column inches.
For example, in each full page there are
five columns of text that are about 16"
tall. A full-page ad measures 5
columns wide by roughly 16" tall to equal
80". (5 columns x 16" = 80")
Even though the actual width of each column
is 2" it is measured as a column. The
height is measured with a standard ruler.
